The Asset & Inventory Coordinator, Netherlands & Nordics is the the liaison between the local commercial organization and the Regional Fleet Team. You will develop demand plans for instruments and implants based on CAPEX and sales forecasting. You will challenge commercial stakeholders on maintaining ROI levels and set turns and re-deployment opportunities. You will act as the key between the Memphis Set team and the local commercial organization to ensure timely availability of sets ordered/forecast and keep undeployed inventory to a minimum. You will be responsible for controlling inventory accuracy at customer.
What will you be doing?
Be the interface between sales & marketing and operations to ensure agreement to sales forecasting, capital expenditure (CAPEX), kit specifications and kit utilisation.Generate demand plans for instruments and implants based on CAPEX and sales forecasting. Maintain demand plans on a bi-monthly basis.Maintain Tender & events with Sales Marketing Group and maintain information in S&OP deck for action, decision making and escalation.Support S&OP cycle & preparation slide deck with regards to Capex budget & asset productivityManage asset related inventory locations keeping undeployed inventory as low as possible, assure correct stock levels & arrange return of unused implants to vendor.Lead or contribute to Supply Chain optimization projects on ad hoc basisWhat will you need to be successful:
BA/MA degree or equivalent, and three to five years of experience in a similar role.Be advanced Excel user, with strong data analysis and reporting skills, and possess significant experience in ERP systems, ideally SAP.Expertise in demand forecasting and a customer-focused mindset is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a results-driven attitude are key.Fluency in English is required, with Dutch or another Nordic language being a plus.You.
