Asset & Inventory Coordinator - Tubuler Running Services

Job Overview 

The TRS Asset & Inventory Support III is responsible for working and collaborating with Local, Regional and Global Asset Support Personnel, Local Operations Manager and branch plant personnel to execute strategies to improve asset integrity, visibility and utilization. Monitor, communicate, and report performance metrics and use the results to drive change. Coordinate Geozone Capex forecasts through GBM. Function as gatekeeper between operational demands and branch plant personnel to ensure assets are properly maintained and recorded in corporate systems. Demonstrate leadership in ensuring compliance to processes and procedures. Learn, adopt and demonstrate Procedural Adherence on relevant policies and corporate programs.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to safety procedures and policies by the safety management system, actively participating in safety initiatives, reporting hazards, and promoting a positive safety culture. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Weatherford's Inventory Control Policy and ERP systems, configuring warehouses, managing storage locations, and utilizing relevant modules effectively. Manage PL specific projects Audit tool counts, tool status / condition Coordinate GZ based RN and Serial Database cleanup / maintenance efforts Support job planning – identify gaps, substitutions & redeployment opportunities Drive timely redeployments KPI analysis and corrective actions Coordinate with R&M Supervisor to ensure timely maintenance AFE review and support Ensure timely and accurate IF reclass Review of 3rd party rentals and reposition WFT assets to minimize recurrence Review WPR > 6 months Coordinate with Demand Planners & R&M Supervisor to ensure optimum inventory levels & replenishment strategies Preparation / distribution of GZ Asset Status Report – ROI, Turns, NBV, GBV, Adds, Retirements, Repair Cycle Times Conduct inventory counts, reclassifications, and field build processes with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor critical inventory levels, coordinate with product lines, and maintain optimal stock levels to support operational needs. Implement principles of organization, cleanliness, safety, and security in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and secure storage of Weatherford's assets.

Skills:

Works well within a team environment. Ability to interact in English and potentially other language Proven ability to function well under pressure. Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Word skills Eagerness to learn and challenge existing processes. Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication, organization, analytical, troubleshooting and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation Able to relate to rig-site personnel at all levels.  Ability to interact in English and potentially other language

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in asset management a related to the oilfield service industry 3 years of proven Inventory or Asset Management leadership experience Ability to interact in English and potentially other language
