We are looking for an Asset Learning Lead who is strategic, innovative, and collaborative to join our Talent Acquisition & Learning team, based at our Head Quarters, in Brussels, Belgium.
About the Role
You will be responsible for designing, approving, and deploying global launch learning curricula for new assets and indications. Acting as a key integrator, you will connect global asset teams with regional and local learning partners, ensuring a seamless, aligned, and efficient learning experience. Your role will focus on enhancing digital learning solutions, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring launch readiness across multiple markets.
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Medical, and Access functions, to drive alignment and optimize learning programs. Partnering closely with local business leaders, regional learning heads, and global teams, you will ensure learning initiatives are impactful and strategically aligned.

Design, develop, and deploy global launch learning curricula, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local adaptability.Act as a key integrator between global asset teams and regional/local learning partners, ensuring seamless implementation.Oversee global launch learning activities across multiple countries, driving excellence and performance optimization.Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives and maximize resource efficiency.Drive innovation in learning through digital solutions, enhancing scalability, engagement, and effectiveness. Lead strategic learning initiatives that drive cultural evolution and support business transformation.

Proven experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and stakeholder engagement in a global environment.Strong project leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams and complex learning initiatives.Expertise in digital learning solutions and competency-based learning approaches.High-level communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across functions.Experience with learning tools such as Articulate/Rise and Camtasia is a plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
