As a Client Service Analyst (Contractor) in the Intermediary Business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal teams in Hong Kong, China and Singapore. You will work closely with our sales and client service teams, marketing support, and product specialists to ensure seamless internal operations and coordination. Your role will be vital in maintaining strong internal relationships and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be part of a dedicated Client Service team, which includes a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Investment Specialist. This collaborative environment will provide you with the opportunity to leverage the capabilities of our global firm and contribute to the success of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide internal support by handling inquiries and requests from sales and client service teams via phone, written correspondence, and meetings. Provide support by participate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on varies projects. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries related to client instructions and dealing-related activities. Assist in managing internal communications regarding operational/service changes, issues, or new initiatives. Participate in business and/or regulatory-driven projects and initiatives, providing support as needed. Compile and provide information to key stakeholders across the business to facilitate decision-making and strategy development.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
University graduate with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or internal support roles at financial firms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Passionate about delivering exceptional internal support services. Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines. Good attention to detail. Fluency in verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, as well as written English and Chinese.
