Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for JPMorgan Asset Management Funds Sales Support team in Milan. The person in this role will work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and partner with the centralized functions to ensure accurate and on time execution of client requests and business priorities and projects.  This will be an excellent opportunity to grow your career and acquire knowledge of the asset management business and financial industry at one of the leading financial services institutions.

Job Description

Analysis of Funds Sales and business performance (including sales, revenues and market data analysis Preparation of periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations/reviews - MIS, Net Sales analysis on product and clients/sales allocation monitoring; Oversight business risks and perform effective controls across on the business activity to ensure it is in compliance with corporate-wide objectives and policies; Co-ordinate and monitoring Client Advisor Presentation workflow (data update, translation and compliance sign off); Co-ordinate all aspects of Client Reporting (Solvency II, PRIIPS, MiFid II, etc.) /ad hoc requests with internal and external stakeholders (Insurance, Institutional Clients s & Asset Managers, Advisory Desks) and related business projects; Developed strong Client relationships to offer business solutions and comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Advanced knowledge of the Italian retail Investors market and its dynamics Advanced understanding of Luxembourg fund ranges and Italian Fund industry Graduate degree in Economics/Finance  Experience in the similar role  Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools) Language: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent in writing and speaking).  Strong organizational and time management skills Strong control & oversight attitude
