As an Intermediary Client Service Contractor in Asset Management, you'll leverage your experiences in the financial sector to provide outstanding service to a diverse range of clients, including banks, securities firms, and insurance companies. You'll engage directly with clients throughout the life cycle, from the onboarding processes to ongoing services and offboarding, all while ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at automating manual processes to enhance efficiency. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and will be primarily responsible for the daily servicing of our clients. Job Responsibilities
Handle clients’ non-investment enquiries and requests via phone and written correspondence Handle client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Liaise with various functions to review and negotiate client agreements Liaise with the operational teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities Prepare for client communications surrounding; operational/fund changes, issues or new initiatives Manage and log client complaints, feedback and issues etc. ensuring regulatory deadlines and requirements are adhered to Participate in projects and initiatives to ensure a consistent and positive client experience; and automate manual processes to enhance efficiencyRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
University graduate with solid client service experience from financial institutions Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial markets and investment products Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mind set and able to maintain good client and internal relationships Knowledge and/or experience with agreement negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines; great attention to details; and able to demonstrate maturity and confidence to work under pressure Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License or Trust License is a mustPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
With fund management background is highly preferred Proficient in Python, Qlicksense etc. automation tools are preferred
