Asset Management Analyst
Asset Management Analyst Job Description This position interfaces with customers in which the Asset Management Professional (AMP) will be located onsite at a customer location. AMP also interfaces with field sales and support management, corporate account managers, product group and corporate sales management, and local authorized distributor. Principle responsibilities include on-site resource for all customer repair needs, consulting services, report management, installed base evaluations, renewal parts, Third party repair, and quantifying sales leads. Duties: + Manage the repair process by collecting and entering data into SAP on a daily basis, obtaining, and presenting quotes including coordination of shipping and receiving activities at the customer site. + Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements in regards to the MRO/repair process with focus on plant reliability. + Work with customer’s Management and Technicians to identify cost savings opportunities. + Critical Asset Analysis - Identify critical assets and assist maintenance with predictive and/or preventative maintenance strategies - help with culture change. + Work with internal and Third Party Product OEMs to provide appropriate repair documentation - root cause interpretation. + Identify Top failures (as defined by customer) and assist maintenance with data to aid in understanding root cause and corrective action. + Work with OEMs and Repair Facilities to identify probable cause and recommend appropriate corrective actions to reduce number of failure occurrences. + Monitor repair turnaround times from OEMs and Repair Facilities. + Interpret trends and issues and coordinate with extended team to reduce turn around time. + Spares optimization on existing and new equipment (future). + Provide consultative, transactional and analytical services to the customer including gathering relevant product data and creating metrics reports and databases that would aid in project status reports. + Implement mutually agreed upon process recommendations with plant. + Develop customer reports and conduct customer meetings for report out on KPI status and open issues. + Process Management (SOP, Training of process, KPI’s, Environmental Concerns/Best Practices). + Data Analysis/Recommendations (Inventory Levels, Failure Trends, Repair History Trends, Pricing Considerations, Repair Process, Correct/Right Parts, Obsolescence Management). + Monitors equipment trends at Customer Location. + Provide Recommendations for the use of predictive maintenance technologies. Qualifications: + Technical- Understand the skills and why it works the way it does from a systems process + Bachelor’s Degree + Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience + Advanced user of Minitab, MS Office Suite and MS PowerPoint. Effectively leverages these and other tools to accomplish results. + Self motivation Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Neenah, Wisconsin. Work Environment Will be within a warehouse setting handling the Asset management within. Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm with flexibility.
