Asset Management - Artificial Intelligence Strategy - Vice President

Our AI Strategy team is at the forefront of integrating AI into our business to achieve multi-year objectives. We focus on three key areas: Leadership and Collaboration, Business Engagement and Strategic Alignment and Storytelling and Advocacy.

Job summary: 

As an AI Strategist Vice President with the Investment Platform team, you'll have the chance to explore the art of the possible in AI and develop the strategies and structures to turn that vision to reality and drive real business impact. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across Asset Management to integrate AI into their business areas.

Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with business area representatives to understand their strategic goals and advise on integrating AI in line with J.P. Morgan Asset Management's overarching AI strategy.Apply a disruptive mindset and understanding of what is possible and will be possible with AI and work with business areas to understand how that can be used to make them more efficient.Maintain a cohesive portfolio of AI use cases for your focus business area, ensuring alignment and progress.Work with the JPMAM AI Council to support the prioritization of AI use cases, championing of cross-business collaboration, and promotion of key AI initiatives.Coordinate AI initiatives to advance the JPMAM AI agenda and drive impactful results.Showcase our innovative use of AI and its benefits both internally and externally, including with clients, and tailor the communications to each audience.Partner with fellow AI Strategists to refine our AI strategy, adapting to business needs and the evolving AI landscape.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Proven track record in delivering a successful outcomes in alignment with a broader strategyTeam player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and diverse globally distributed teams Strong stakeholder management abilities with success managing multiple stakeholdersUnderstanding of the modern AI landscape including what is and will be possible with AI to drive greater efficiency within the businessExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience and secure stakeholder supportDemonstrated experience leading key initiatives; problem structuring and solving experience within a complex corporationEntrepreneurial mindset; demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities for clients/stakeholders and/or process improvements and run with them

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

7+ years professional experience with a portion of that experience in a strategy, technical, and/or client-facing roleStrong understanding of the asset management industryExposure to modern product development, Agile, and engineering practices (e.g., defined user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams)MBA and/or CFA
