The Role
Asset Management Associates will work as a member of a billing team providing Billing Services to designated office(s) of Andersen Tax. They must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical and able to leverage technology to provide high quality service to meet local office objectives.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, finalize, and distribute monthly invoices per Firm Billing policies, guidelines, and standard processesPrepare draft invoices, review and revise narratives per Firm standards, execute time/cost transfers, write-offs and other value adjustments; finalize invoices and ensure that invoices are delivered for payment (via e-mail or other methods as applicable); execute all Billing tasks per established standard processesTrack outstanding and aged receivables and assist with follow-up as necessaryGenerate ad hoc reports efficiently, leveraging SAP solutionsCollaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-service line teams, including National Finance, Client Account and Office Administration The Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferredKeen attention to details and effective organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with an attention to detailStrong problem solving and analytical skillsFlexibility to work overtime and a reasonable shifting schedule as may be required
