Asset Management - Client Reporting Specialist - Associate

Global Client Reporting is part of the Client Service organization within JPMorgan Asset Management. The Team supports the Sales and Marketing teams, Client Account Managers, and Products teams in delivering first class information to our clients. Team is responsible for providing data and reporting across all asset classes and all Institutional & Funds investors. **Job Summary** As a Client Reporting Specialist within the Investment Professionals team, you will manage client assets and strive to deliver robust risk-adjusted returns. Your role will involve working with strategies that cover the full range of JPMAM asset classes, including equity, fixed income, liquidity, alternatives, and multi-asset solutions. **Job Responsibilities** + Support US Institutional Client Reporting Lead on client account reporting requirements + Assist in actively managing the client reporting onboarding pipeline. + Develop expertise and deliver excellent client reporting service, including to provide support for updates where required and address internal and client queries in a timely manner. + Interact with and communicate with key stakeholder groups, including clients, project working groups, client service and operations teams, sales and information technology teams. + Develop expertise in JPMAMs client report offerings & capabilities across the entire report suite. + Develop and use automation tools including Python and AI to move manual reports to automation + Identify areas of improvement for US reporting platform + Partner with technology and/or project teams to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) testing for any new enhancements and work on the project cycle. Maintain a high level of competency when reviewing data and reports, and quickly identifying both data and format issues. + Collaborate with Business Intelligence on AI capabilities to track usage metrics **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Ability to quickly gain broad knowledge of the range of JPMAM investment products + Fundamental understanding of financial markets and understanding of basic financial concepts + Solid task management skills with a pragmatic, flexible approach + Self-motivated, curious, and pro-active.
