Asset Management - Client Services Executive, Associate

We are seeking a Client Services Executive with a background in the servicing and/or financial sector to join our team dedicated to providing outstanding client service to retail investors of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Taiwan. 

As a Client Service Executive in Asset Management, you will manage client inquiries and complaints through various channels, including hotline, correspondence, and face-to-face meetings. You will also contribute to digital initiatives aimed at enhancing client self-service capabilities online and automating manual processes to improve efficiency. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day servicing of our retail investors. Job Responsibilities

Handle clients’ enquiries and requests via phone, written correspondence and sometimes meeting in person Liaise between clients and the internal teams to resolve any queries on client instructions, eTrading guidance, account maintenance and dealing related activities Manage, coordinate and log client complaints, feedback and issues etc. ensuring regulatory deadlines and requirements are adhered to Conduct ad hoc client communications surrounding product updates, operational/service changes, issues or new initiatives Demonstrate knowledge and experience in ETF servicing is preferred, delivering exceptional support while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks to meet client needs Participate in digitalization, automation and business or regulation-driven projects and initiatives to enhance client experiences and improve efficiencies Provide support and information to key stakeholders across the business whenever necessary

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

University graduate with 3-year client service experience from financial institutions Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mind set and able to maintain good client and internal relationships Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet strict deadlines Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License or Trust License is a must

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

With fund management background is highly preferred Fluency in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English is preferred Proficient in Python, Qlicksense etc. automation tools are preferred
