Job Summary:
As a Private Market APAC Investment Specialist within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing client relationships across the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with global investment desks and APAC distribution teams to identify investment opportunities and integrate our private markets investments into client portfolios. Your role will be pivotal in representing our private markets platform strategy and driving business growth through marketing, client engagement, and product development.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values a first-class client experience and proactive relationship management. Your expertise in private market investing and your network of client relationships will be key to your success. Collaborate with global teams to deliver insightful economic interpretations and strategic asset allocation communications, positioning our strategies effectively against competitors.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow our private markets book of business with APAC clients. Facilitate strategic planning and conduct regular reviews with key clients. Deliver clear platform overviews and interpret economic events impacting client portfolios. Partner with business development and marketing teams to create targeted strategies. Analyze competitor landscape and position our strategies effectively. Establish collaborative relationships with APAC distribution and global investment teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

10+ years of experience in raising capital for private market investment strategies. Strong network with APAC institutional, retail, and private wealth clients. Ability to deliver persuasive and technically sound presentations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong understanding of regional economic forecasts and portfolio construction.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

MBA/CFA preferred. Languages: Proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred.
