The Real Estate Americas business is seeking to hire an analyst for its Los Angeles-based West Coast Asset Management team
Job Summary
As an Analyst within our Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Asset Managers to manage a portfolio of assets and deliver value to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the underwriting and due diligence processes for new deals, implementing strategies within the existing portfolio, assisting on development deals, managing dispositions, coordinating internal and external property valuations, and preparing various internal and external reports.
Job Responsibilities
· Underwrite using Argus and Excel
· Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation
· Research and analyze market data and property financial data
· Participate in property visits, market tours, and manager/broker meetings
· Work alongside team in preparing disposition memos and making hold/sell/lease recommendations
· Prepare various presentations including quarterly reports, business plans, and asset strategy reviews
· Assist team of asset managers and investment professionals with oversight and asset strategy
