Asset Management - Senior Client Service Specialist

As a Senior Client Service Specialist (AD) in Asset Management, you will collaborate with our Client Advisors and Marketing team to support all aspects of the sales and business development process. You will serve as the central entry point for all client requests, manage retail accounts, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to our sales growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Client Advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process. Manage client reporting tasks and assist with due diligence on funds, maintain up-to-date client information in management systems. Lead internal process for requests for proposals (RFPs) and conduct market research on various client target groups. Understand and ensure compliance with the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements. Lead and train working students. Coordinate internal parties, visitor schedules, and presentations, support roundtables and other marketing events to enhance client engagement. Maintain close contact with product specialists and other teams globally. Assist the sales and marketing teams in preparing product presentations, workshops, and projects & in-house events. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail accounts, overseeing client inquiries and ensuring prompt responses. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns for flagship fund distribution, driving lead generation and sales growth. Coordinate with senior Client Advisors to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Several years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in asset management or private banking. Proven sales support and client service experience. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and precision in work, client-focused with a commitment to high-quality service and efficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong team player with drive, client focus, and a dedicated work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to take responsibility for your own remit. Self starter and pro active mindset.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with effective time management. Digital savvy with an interest in developing digital channel distribution strategies.
