Within CRE – Netherlands the Asset Management department takes control of CRE’s hard services mostly situated in Veldhoven and cover various disciplines like mechanical, electrical, civil & architectural, smart building solutions and process utilities. The Asset Management Specialists are part of the CRE-NL Strategic Asset Management team that supports the three teams other team withing CRE-NL Asset Management: the Tactical & Operational Asset Management team, the Commissioning & Acceptance team and the Asset Competence team.
You are surrounded with managers and specialists in the field of asset data & AMS, contract & supplier management, asset performance, long term asset maintenance planning, business continuity & risk, shutdown & turnaround, inventory & storage solutions, business analist, quality & compliance and improvement, commissioning & acceptance, competence (engineering) and innovation.
You work closely with CRE’s Centre of Excellence to align on CRE’s Asset Management.

Role and responsibilitiesAs Asset Management Specialists you are the link between all asset management related specialists and activities. Providing the “helicopter view’ and overseeing ‘the bigger picture’ of asset management.
You will take the lead in connecting peers and related specialists to align, improve and excel. One of your main tools are the (standard) asset management processes. You support the teams in creating, using and maintaining efficient asset management processes, and ensure seamless connections between them.
You will act as sparring partner and back up for direct colleagues. Being a generalist you act as a sparring partner and back-up, for most direct colleagues and are involved in changes within all fields of asset management.
One of your responsibilities is securing the strategic framework, tactical focus and organization and operational design of all asset management related activities for CRE cope in the Netherlands.
You design and maintain asset master data (like libraries) and set the requirements for the asset management system(s) and the data needed for high level asset management.
To secure ASML’s growth on the long run you create and manage a priority model to be used for decision making on maintenance and investment. Together with your peers in the strategic asset management team you define the asset maintenance strategy and high-level service concepts aligned with the overall Long Term Asset Management Plan (LTAMP).
Together with your colleague asset management specialist you:
Define Asset Management mission, vision, policy and strategy for CRE-Netherlands and translate these to set a standardized AMS processes and high-level service concepts.
Drive continuous improvement in asset management, and ensure progress of strategic (asset mgt) plans and realization of goals
Manage the CRE-NL asset management process network and ensuring efficient collaboration and pragmatic achievement of set goals.
Define, maintain and deploy appropriate IT applications and data storage functionality for asset management, set requirements aligned with AM processes and activities
Translate the Asset Management mission, vision, policy and strategy to input for the engineering and design guidelines (EDG)
Translating business demand to specific service concepts, SLA's, KPI's and other functional contract specification
Set-up and maintain the methodologies for asset/system related surveys, the standard operational processes and the content of the asset management libraries and standards.
Identifying and implementing strategic, tactical and operational process improvements
Education and experienceYou do have a bachelor or master degree in mechanical, industrial engineering, asset management or similar.
Job experience +/- 5-10 years in similar role
Familiar with ISO55001
