Job Description SummaryGE HealthCare X-ray is expanding its organization to assist with the fleet management offering and program. This role will work directly with customers to help assess their X-ray install base. This is an assessment that involves not only looking at the age of their install base, but also the utilization and opportunities for improvement. The ultimate goal is to work in concert with the X-ray and Imaging sales team to craft a compelling offering for the client to partner long term with GE HealthCare X-ray. This role will be the direct customer facing representative working onsite to collect the necessary information (both on the assets and through interviews with the customers) on each individual X-ray asset residing within the customer’s organization.

Essential Responsibilities

Work with the X-ray sales team to further advance our fleet management programsWork onsite with customers assessing the amount and utilization of X-ray assets within their install baseAccurately report customer install base information to the GE Technology Planning teamWork with the GE Technology Planning team to compile a customer-facing report from the HealthCheck assessmentCollaborate with the X-ray and Imaging sales team to identify customer organizations to strategically engage in these broader assessmentsWork directly with operations and finance teams to put together compelling offerings for the customers in which these assessments have occurred

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or STEMTeam-oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teamsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and process skillsAbility to work independently and spend 80% of your time customer-facingWillingness to travel 80% of your time (within US)Strong interest in working in medical sales

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $58,400.00-$87,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
