Examples of Duties + Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding an asset management program and software system. + Assist with data collection and ongoing system development tasks related to the Tyler Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. + Assists with reviewing, analyzing, streamlining, and documenting asset management business processes and system workflows + Maintains and compiles electronic documentation of user procedures, technical references, training manuals, handbooks, and guides; maintains diagrams and testing data. + Performs field investigations to validate assets, maintain data quality, and reconcile discrepancies in the EAM software. + Support the ongoing development and implementation of the City’s asset management program + Please review the Program Specialist classification for additional details about this job. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Any combination of training and experience, which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities, to perform the essential functions of the position, may be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: + Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade, and + Three (3) years increasingly responsible administrative support experience related to event or program coordination. Supplemental Information Union Representation: SEIU Schedule: Generally, working days are Monday through Thursday (10-hour days). This position has the option to work remotely up to one day per week. Compensation: The hourly range for this overtime eligible position is $26.63-$35.68 per hour. The starting pay assignment, based on an analysis of the successful candidate’s related experience and education in accordance with the City’s pay equity policy and the Oregon Equal Pay Act, would be no higher than $32.36 per hour.
