ManTech is seeking an Asset Manager to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico. **Responsibiliti** **es include but are not limited to** : + Develops and enforces inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred property and excessed property. + Canvass various Automated Information Systems (AIS) and databases to consolidate information into a single database or spreadsheet and manipulate the data for analysis of courses of action. + Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and billet specific desktop procedures. + Establish and enhance an electronic capability for storing, retrieving, searching, account for, controlling and documenting physical media + Ensure software licenses are maintained and up to date and comply with license agreements and usage standards + Accountable for procurement of hardware and software + Oversee and maintain the hardware lab ensuring all accountable and non-accountable property is properly tagged and accounted for, maintaining accurate records of loaned assets. + Establishes and ensure lab safety protocols are adhered to in the hardware lab. + Provide support through process control to maintain integrity of property accountability, and administration of government furnished property processes. + Provide recommendations and assistance on property accountable systems to enhance proficiency and efficiency. + Other duties as required **Minimum Q** **ualifications** : + A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in Asset Management. + Experience shall include property accounting processes to include the associated forms. + Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems. + Professional experience shall include ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property. **Preferred Q** **ualifications:** + Proficient in the flowing Automated Information Systems (AIS) and databases: GCSS-MC / TFSMS **Clearance Requirements:** + This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
