Duties: * Develop and execute strategic plans to align IT asset management and project objectives with organizational goals and long-term operational strategies * Formulate strategic forecasts and assessments based on trends and data to predict future IT hardware and software requirements, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for scalability and sustainability * Work closely with senior leadership to integrate strategic asset management initiatives into broader organizational objectives, with a focus on cost optimization, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance * Design and lead strategic frameworks for continuous improvement, asset utilization, replacement planning, and overall process efficiency * Demonstrate strategic modernization efforts to standardize and enhance IT asset management processes * Lead and oversee asset management projects, including the 3-year technical refresh cycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget * Develop and execute strategic plans to align project objectives with organizational goals and long-term operational needs * Create comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities * Collaborate with key stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and other teams to ensure projects contribute to the organization's overarching strategy * Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while keeping a focus on strategic outcomes * Present detailed project status updates, including progress, issues, and solutions, with an emphasis on how project results support broader organizational objectives * Manage the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets, including workstations and mobile devices
