The Asset Manager Partnerships Coordinator is a vital support role, contributing to the success of our Asset Manager Partnerships. This position ensures operational efficiency, team alignment, and high-quality partner service while providing the foundational training and experience necessary for future growth into relationship management or other mid-level roles.
This role will take ownership of essential administrative tasks, partner communications, and team coordination, enabling the broader team to focus on strategic initiatives. The role will also contribute directly to partner engagement efforts by managing critical materials, coordinating meetings, and supporting event execution.
Responsibilities:
Partner Support & Communication
Act as the first point of contact for routine partner inquiries, such as share class changes, fund updates, and agreement-related questions. Provide responsive and efficient service to partners, escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary. Assist in maintaining and updating partner CRM pages, ensuring accurate and current information for asset manager dossiers.

Event Coordination
Team Collaboration & Development
In addition to managing the team calendar, this role provides direct support to the Head of Asset Manager Partnerships by coordinating travel, expenses, and scheduling.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
