The Role:
JLL is seeking an Asset Manager - Security Services to join our team! This position is with an accounts business within JLL Work Dynamics located in Australia.
An Overview of the role:
Ensure that operational procedures to achieve “best practice” culture are deliveredProvide a management point of contact for the client in relation to security management strategies and proactively creating and maintaining a positive relationshipsEnsure that the clients core business operations are maintained, limiting the risk of exposure to both JLL and WestpacEnsure the security management tools are operating in accordance with clients expectations and appropriate reporting is delivered, with key asset performance reporting provided in the required formatEnsure that work order analysis for works are undertaken to determine areas of potential concern within the portfolioEnsure effective management of all work order reports and response times are met as per priority response times established within the executed contract.Sounds like you?
