RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach operators and evaluates performance as part of annual review Validate daily performance, transactions, and time losses Validate daily quality tests and addresses any issues Share best practices with other Asset Owners Perform Health and Safety audits, develop plans for creating an orderly and clean work environment; owns A-risks Support the DRS action plans and address time losses at assets Ensure continuous improvement of DRS board to align with evolving operational needs Coach operators on how to properly communicate through the different DRS meetings Support Lean Leadership Pillar and Autonomous Asset Management Pillar Creation, review and improvement of clean, inspect & lubricate (CIL) processes and execution Assess asset performance & correct situation Assess material consumption & correct situation Risk management and analysis of equipment and tasks Document management (standard operating procedures "SOP's")

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
Experience leading and coaching teams Extensive knowledge of asset and processes Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations Brings strong organizational and prioritization skills Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well and communicate with others Demonstrate strong servant leadership value
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering or other related degree or a vocational certificate/diploma. A combination of education and lean manufacturing experience will be considered. 3+ years’ leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
