Asset Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager

We are hiring immediately for an Asset Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers in Latin America.

What you’ll do:

Oversee regional demands across Latin America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Asset Performance Management: Utilize data analytics and maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reliability.Failure Analysis: Identify root causes of asset failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Risk Management: Assess risks related to asset performance and develop mitigation strategies.Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Implement TPM strategies to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime.Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001.Cross-functional Collaboration: Align asset management initiatives with organizational goals through collaboration with various departments.Budget and Performance Reporting: Oversee asset management budgets and provide regular reports on asset performance and improvement initiatives.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluent English for interaction with the global team and stakeholders.Spanish desirable (fluent Spanish or fluent Portuguese depending on country of residence - Brazil, Mexico or Argentina).Strong experience in asset performance management and continuous improvement.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and TPM practices.Hybrid work schedule: Three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.
