The Team:
The Asset Protection Department is a dynamic group that provides security and safety for HOP stores, corporate offices and logistic center, by providing educational training, providing physical protection, monitoring of access control and CCTV, and partnership with local law enforcement. Most importantly we leverage our HOP partners to ensure seamless security integration and operations of NSO’s, Communication, as well as internal events.
The Opportunity:
The Asset Protection Coordinator you will conduct regular assessments of Asset Protection and operational performance to identify areas or processes that impact safety, security, and losses. This position will actively work with the Asset Protection Team, stores teams and corporate partners in the development and implementation of action plans to improve performance. Asset Protection Coordinator will develop and communicate monthly AP metrics for all Asset Protection related incidents, causes of shrink, organized retail crime (ORC) activity, local theft trends, and recovery tactics to educate and achieve shrink goals.
About the Role:
Functional Responsibility Submitting vendor invoicing, coding and tracking budget lines within Hermes My Easy Order (MEO) Coordinating all security equipment installs with store and following up on completion according to the Asset Department standards. Recording and analyzing all security and safety incidents in the field. Identifying and communicating all potential concerns from open sources (media, social media, internet, etc.). Compose ad hoc reports for the field Asset Protection team to investigate. Track Asset Protection expenses per project, by vendor for reporting purposes. Updating and creating spreadsheets to follow up on Asset Protection initiatives. Record keeping of all Asset Protection systems, including access control, cctv, etc. Service contract renewal dates, etc. Assist with reporting and monitoring of all capital expenditures on a department basis. Assembling the monthly incident recap (i.e. security, safety and operational incidents) for all Hermes of Paris stores in the United States for dissemination to the Director of Asset Prevention.Supervisory Responsibility:
