THE ROLE Manager, Asset Protection & Logistics to oversee operations with a strong focus on investigations, inventory control, and logistics. This role is responsible for protecting company assets, reducing loss, ensuring inventory accuracy, and optimizing transportation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in loss prevention, management, and logistics coordination to enhance operational efficiency and security.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Asset Protection & Investigations: Conduct internal and external investigations related to inventory discrepancies, theft, and fraud.Utilize investigative techniques to identify and resolve shrink-related issues.Implement security protocols and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen loss prevention measures.Maintain thorough documentation of findings and develop corrective action plans.Inventory Control: Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance.Implement cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation procedures to reduce shrink.Develop and enforce inventory control best practices to improve operational efficiency.Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of goods.Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:Manage inbound and outbound freight movement, ensuring on-time deliveries and cost-effective transportation.Partner with 3PL trucking companies to optimize logistics efficiency.Coordinate with vendors, clients, and carriers to streamline consignment operations.Develop and refine processes to enhance warehouse workflow and order fulfillment.WHO YOU ARE:3+ years of experience in asset protection, logistics, or inventory management.Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) trucking companies is a strong plus.Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) certification preferred (or experience in investigative techniques).Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage warehouse personnel.Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT & SCAM DISCLAIMEREQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFarfetch is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process. We are determined that no applicant experiences discrimination on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, age, gender identity, ancestry, sexual orientation, veteran status, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
