SWBC is seeking a talented individual to assist in the sale of recovered vehicles to offset losses and assist client's in recovering their collateral.

Essential duties include the following:
Ensures that vehicles delivered to auctions nationwide are correctly stocked as SWBC units; requests condition reports from auction and entered into the claim diary; prints vehicle values and any damages are reviewed with the supervisor; requests is made to the auction and followed closely until the vehicle is ready for sale if any reconditioning is approved; provides the auction with required title documents and supervisors floor pricing to set for sale; and forwards any auction bids directly to supervisor for counter, decline, or sale approval.Verifies all title documents and DMV processes; submits title packets to the particular DMV or title vendor for lien perfection; and informs both the Claims and Asset Recovery Departments of any changes to titling laws that will affect lien perfection.Ensures titles, current inventory, sold vehicles, complete/dormant files, paid claim files, and stored files are correctly listed in the Asset Recovery Logs.Processes reassignments to our vendors by providing all required documents.Maintains frequent contact with vendors and repossession agents to ensure recovered vehicles are delivered to auction in a timely manner.Enters updates from vendors into our history and provides clients with their weekly updates.Contacts tow facilities and law enforcement offices to provide documents and payment information needed for release of impounded units; and schedules pick-up and delivery to auction through independent repossession agents.Reviews all vendor invoices for accuracy before submitting to supervisor for payment approval.Reviews all documents provided by clients for Skip AssignmentsPrepares Letters of Intent and Guarantee of Title for supervisor review at the time of repossessions; inventories completed files for secure storage and orders any needed files from storage; and develops supply request for approval.Ensures reports associated with assignments, repossessions, titles and sales are maintained.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency.At least one (1) year of customer service, collections, auto remarketing or related experience.Working knowledge of current office related computer programs to include MS Word and Excel.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills.Strong workflow and communication skills, both in written and verbal.Able to type a minimum of 60 wpm accurately.Able to sit for long periods of time while processing recovered vehicle information.Able to stand, stoop, and kneel for long periods of time while filing and maintaining inventory.Able to lift and carry 10-20lbs of documents and other records as needed.SWBC offers*:
