Summary:The Asset Remarketing Representative's primary responsibility is to sell repossessed or inventoried assets for the highest possible fair market value in the shortest possible amount of time utilizing existing in-house equipment expertise, several strategic industry specific partnerships, and, if necessary, various equipment auctions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Provide and determine the most prudent course of action required to sell the equipment
+ Provide appropriate and accurate equipment values based on equipment condition, industry trends and potential remarketing prospects
+ Research, monitor and report on various market, industry and equipment economic trends and changes
+ Remarket existing inventoried or repossessed assets for the best possible price using established relationships including equipment specific dealers, end-users, and auctions
+ Perform detailed equipment valuations using a variety of sources monthly for those accounts
+ Provide Fair Market Values (FMV) or Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV) as needed for Modifications, Assumption Requests and Inventoried Assets
+ Provide equipment insights and information regarding accounts that are in work-out and/ or bankruptcy
+ Manage internal and external relationships and make decisions that balance the needs of our customers with overall goals and objectives of company
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ College degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
+ 3 years of asset management experience with commercial or consumer loans
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 10+ year equivalent work experience
+ Knowledge of various appraisal techniques
+ Thorough knowledge of leasing/secured lending policies and procedures
+ Technical equipment expertise and product knowledge
+ Ability to understand equipment in the abstract as well as within the confines of the appropriate marketplace
+ Strong conflict resolution, motivational, analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills.
+ Good working knowledge of equipment/collateral values and liquidation process.

+ Ability to work with little supervision and can prioritize and meet deadlines.
+ Proactive, self-motivated, independent, results oriented.
+ Proven ability to manage customer and internal relationships and make decisions that balance the customer needs with overall goals and objectives of company.
+ Ability to use independent judgment on relationships more than of $500,000
+ Good salesmanship and negotiation skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
