The Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office is a recently established entity tasked with overseeing comprehensive large-scale transformations. Our primary objectives are to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize our operating platform.

YOUR IMPACT:

In this role, you will be drawing commercially actionable insights from large datasets, for senior leaders helping them grow our business with clients. You will build automation infrastructure for the team’s reporting initiatives and identify business trends for senior leaders. You will provide scalability for teams to perform client analysis and identify business gaps, while identifying opportunities to drive business process efficiencies and build/maintain the team’s analytics engines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards that will support the firm’s analytical and business needsTrack and report progress on projects, adhering to the solution delivery lifecycleCollaborate with other solution experts and advisors to share ideas and code through showcasing outputsSource large sets of data from multiple sources (APIs, Files, Databases), transform and normalize the data; design dimensional data models and load transformed data into relational databasesResponsible for generation, distribution, and analysis of business performance for periodical reporting to managementPlay a key role in global initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projectsWork closely with leadership – assist with presentations /performance analysis / future strategyLead oversight of stakeholder engagements to drive analytics opportunitiesDevise creative methodologies to improve business efficiency across markets Ability to lead and guide team members within the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or the equivalentUnderstanding of industry standard data transformation and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, and other toolsExcellent analytical skills: comfortable working with large data sets and presenting findings that tell a clear, insightful, and compelling storyProficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Ability to organize and prioritize individual workload and deal with multiple prioritiesExperience communicating insights to non-technical business stakeholdersComfortable with leveraging data and technology to drive business decisionsPrior understanding of Asset & Wealth Management business is a plus Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

6+ years of experience in data analyticsExperience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical functionDelivering ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development of database objects, SQL (Structured Query Language) queries and data analytic capabilities in rational database platformsExperience in building dashboards in Tableau or equivalent BI toolsSolid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detailTeam-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityInquisitive, enthusiastic and a self-starterHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-throughPositive attitude and strong work ethic
