Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
   

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Corporate Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and their programs, identify methods or solutions that optimize client engagement, and uncover efficiencies, tools and resources to improve client experienceAnalyze existing corporate accounts to identify expansion opportunities and position Ayco services in advance of regular meetingsWork with RMs to determine and develop the appropriate materials to be used at client meetingsCollaborate with RMs to develop materials requested by clients including agendas, presentations, program utilization reports, program communications, proposals, program reviews, roll out materials, program timelines, etc.Build strong relationships with internal counterparts and attend client meetings as needed Maintain institutional opportunities for region and assist with documentation and follow-up from client discussions, both internally and externallyStrategize as needed with Marketing team on marketing material creationAssist RMs in project management efforts for large corporate implementations and roll outsUpdate weekly and monthly regional opportunity/activity reports and prepare/deliver utilization, outcomes and other reports for our service linesFacilitate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed in line with RFP process, update RFP databaseAttend onsite engagement sessions at corporate accounts, including benefit fairs, program kick-offs and ongoing relationship engagement Develop financial education content, as applicable

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Bachelor’s Degree required, with major coursework in marketing or other business-related disciplineMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales and/or financial industry preferredAbility to work with teams and demonstrates strong interpersonal skillsExcellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS WordExperience in Salesforce preferredProject management skills and strong independent decision-making skillsPresentation and communication skillsPositive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Ayco’s high work quality standardsOrganizational skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency (will often be working under prospect/client-imposed deadlines)Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute prospect/client requests

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55000-$75000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
