The WM Regulatory Management team acts as the key partner for the WM business for regulatory matters. The team manages the regulatory strategy and roadmap for the WM business providing coverage on global regulations and policies landscape. The team is responsible for analyzing upcoming regulations and assess impact to the business activities and clients. The team has strong stakeholder relationships with AWM Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Engineering and other functional teams, who they work with closely on the above regulatory objectives.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Build strong senior stakeholder relationships that will be required when performing complex analysis across multiple businesses and propose solutions to these stakeholders for new regulatory changesBuild a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business through analyzing the applicability and impact of new regulatory policies and rulesLead strategic discussions, deploying appropriate methodologies and governance tools, to drive the timely delivery of analysis and agreed approachHelp manage the PWM US Regulations by hosting discussions with stakeholders to define and document requirements.Represent the PWM Business in divisional and firmwide forums.Collaborate with the PWM Privacy Steward to educate PWM on Privacy rules and regulations.Partner with Privacy Compliance to maintain PWM privacy policies, notices and procedures.Providing privacy guidance to business, engineers, operations to enable the delivery and development of privacy compliant business initiativesReviewing and assessing products, features and business activities against privacy requirements and standardsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree required2+ year’s experience in wealth managementStrong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage, understand and improve complex systems and processStrong ability to multi-task, with an ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlinesSelf-starter, with ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment and across group functionsSolid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detailABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
