Job Summary
As a Credit Operations – Quality Analyst, you will act as management support in terms of business reviews, identifying process-related gaps in the procedure, training, and other ad hoc reporting tasks. Your role is to support the Operations for International Private Banking and Private Banking America. Your primary task is to review quality of operations' work for compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements and standards. You will clearly communicate any issues or discrepancies found during the quality review for correction; identify patterns and/or trends in results to address root cause, follow-up to ensure corrections are made in system or escalate as necessary to Credit Services management for resolution. This role contributes to the continuous improvement agenda by suggesting process and procedure improvement ideas as well as training and communication opportunities discovered from the quality review process. You will also participate in projects related to quality improvement and take ownership of internal communication and status updates to all involved parties.
Job Responsibilities

Contributes to the continuous improvement agenda by suggesting process and procedure improvement ideas as well as training and communication opportunities discovered from the quality review process. Follows up to ensure corrections are made in system or escalate as necessary to Credit Services management for resolution. Expected to have the ability to interact with varying levels throughout the organization. Participates in projects related to quality improvement. Additional responsibilities include peer work review and offering suggestions on process improvements and take ownership of internal communication and status updates to all involved parties.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
With bachelor’s degree in relevant field with minimum 6-7 years prior experience in a related position. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Can handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization. Understands credit concepts, derivatives, FX and participations/syndications and credit legal issues. Can be able to quickly determine sensitivity to business risk. Has prior exposure to traditional credit products and traditional credit product loan documentation. This role should maintain strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Highly attention to detail and results oriented. Has strong verbal and written communication. Has analytic skills, self-motivated and able to work independently. Can multi-task and reprioritize work and ability to recognize work in the pipeline and willing to work to completion.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Preferably with accounting background Has experience using the Credit Risk Infrastructure tools and applications (ARC, EN, SRGT, CRRT, OWL, SELM, etc.) is a plus but not required. Additional knowledge in terms of data mining and use of MS Office applications is an advantage.
