Within the Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) investing group, we seek to develop a first-in-class digital advice platform across 401(k), IRA, and brokerage accounts, to provide individuals with custom tailored investment strategies to meet their retirement objectives.

Be part of a team, working closely with product development, UX designers, sales, and other engineersWrite high quality, well-tested, and scalable codeEvaluate the short- and long-term implications of every implementation decisionGrow professionally and learn from other accomplished software engineers through pair coding while helping your peers to do the sameCollaborate on critical system architecture decisionsReview and provide feedback on other developers’ code and designEvaluate modern technologies, prototype innovative approaches to problems and make the business case for changeUse infrastructure-as-code to build and deploy cloud-native services in AWS

Requirements

Experience leading and mentoring junior software engineers in a professional settingMeaningful experience in, but not limited to, any one of the following: Java, C#, Ruby on Rails, GO, Python, AWS (Amazon Web Services), JavaScript, React/Redux.Should include experience of working with non-relational as well as relational databasesExperience with Data Pipelines, Data Warehouses, Snowflake is a plusStrong knowledge of data structures and algorithmsExcellent object oriented or functional analysis and design skillsComfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders, and working as part of a global teamProven communication and interpersonal abilityExperience building client- and consumer-facing products is a plus, but far from requiredKnowledge of existing strategic firmwide platforms is a plus, but far from required
