YOUR IMPACT 

Are you looking to apply your analytical skills while deepening your understanding of the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business? Our CIP QA Team is seeking a professional who is looking to help safeguard the firm by completing detailed client data quality reviews, partnering with Compliance, working with the Client Implementation and Maintenance Team to ensure that all regulatory and internal protocols are followed for our clients.

In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow. 

QA is a highly regulated team that focuses on account document, data integrity, risk management and regulatory requirements. QA works closely with PWM teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure that our data is accurate and that we are meeting all regulatory obligations. 

In this role you will be responsible to conduct Quality Assurance(QA) check on end to end KYC reviews for different types of entities across ASIA, EMEA & US. You will also work extensively with FCC and Operations teams to maintain the quality if the highest standards. 

Responsibilities: 

Conducting QA check on completed new and existing different types of client KYC files (such as, Individuals, Joints, private Investment Vehicle, Special Purpose Vehicle, Private/Mutual Funds. Trust, Insurance Company, Private/Public Operating Company, etc.,) as per established quality framework and meet the required agreed SLAs.Responsible for verification of Client data, End to end understanding of KYC operations from documentary and non-documentary verification as per the CIP policy, nature of business, SOW/SOF, PEP Analysis, Bearer share analysis, World check name screening analysis.Review ownership unwrapping/drilldown (Ultimate Beneficial owner) and other related parties such as, directors, Auth. Signatories/Traders, Corporate officers, etc. according to the policy requirementsReview and highlight Policy & Procedural requirements if there is any defectMaintain awareness of Regulatory/FCC policy updates and incorporate the process and procedural changes in the KYC review processComplete the QA reviews in a timely manner by maintain the highest quality standardsResolve issues through coordination with the PWM CIM Operations, Compliance, and PWM Management. Primary Contact for expertise on policy and proceduresManage and lead discussion on exceptional casesAssist in preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports/PPT decks to senior managementExcellent stakeholder engagement skillsDevelop strategic automated solutions to manual processes.Make recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyFraming Procedures & Checklists for the existing/new process Conducting Training to operations team, coaching the junior team members and providing guidance in exception handling

Requirements:

6 or more years of relevant work experience in KYC/AML/CDD - QA/QC/Client Onboarding/Periodic review in other banks/ KPO’s.Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, Decision-making skills, Attention to detail and Risk focused mind setOverall understanding of the client lifecycle process and various types of account structuresAbility to independently review, analyze and identify the Errors/Discrepancies in the KYC/CDD filesAbility to interpret and excellent understanding of end-to-end KYC/CDD Policy, Procedure requirements & Terminologies.Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholdersAbsolute discretion when dealing with confidential mattersAbility to multi-task and prioritize accordinglyTeam player with flexibility and adaptability to changeKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oralProfessional certifications such as CAMS, ICAI Certification on KYC/AML/Basic CDD/Advanced CDD would be an advantage.Meticulous, couples with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
