We are searching for a highly motivated Executive Assistant with minimum 5 years’ experience to support all levels. Previous experience in supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars is preferred as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a busy and dynamic environment.
Duties
Proactive calendar management across Arranging travel; organizing and providing complex travel logistics support Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendasProcessing expenses and invoices in a timely mannerArranging internal and client meetings on and off the GS campus - booking of conference rooms and catering, registering guests, ensuring materials organizedAdhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvalsGeneral team admin including printing, attendance tracking, phone answering and relaying messagesAct as an integral member of the team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support requiredRegularly facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensure relevant information is disseminated accordinglyInvolved in client event organizationFlexibility to support assistant colleagues and cover when necessarySkills & Experience required

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $70000-$110000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
