YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Knowledge Management Associate responsible for providing program management oversight of our standard operating procedures for the Marcus Call Center. These procedures are an important part of ensuring standard, legal and regulatory compliant conduct by delivery teams. The goal of Knowledge Management is to improve an organization's efficiency, decision-making, and innovation by ensuring that the right information is available to the right people at the right time.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direction as a Knowledge Management team lead, manage projects, and deliver updates to managementProvide oversight of requested process changes, developing new Statement of Procedures (SOP) and lead process improvement projects to manage queueWrite or lead the development of new SOPsWork with stakeholders and functional reviewers such as Marcus Delivery managers, process owners, Legal, Risk and Compliance for Knowledge Management documents and procedures and facilitate approvalsManage Change Management process for updates The job requires some overlap with US working hoursBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in information science, library science, business administration or related field in another field with experience creating concise, readable and user-friendly documentation Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in a related a Knowledge Management role Knowledge of standard Knowledge Management processes and knowledge management systems e.g. Right Answers, Service Now etc. Knowledge of standard project management and business process tools e.g., JIRA, Signavio, Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey financial services material with new hires and tenured colleagues alikeAbility to question status quo and think through creative solutioning to ensure efficiency and appropriate risk management Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal partners with different levels of product experience Intermediate to Expert level proficiency in the Microsoft tool suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects High level of integrity, creativity, perseverance and openness to change Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing prioritiesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
