Assistant, Administrative- Customer Service

Performs general administrative duties to support all areas of Customer Service.

Assisting customers by phone, email or chatReviewing orders for accuracy, emailing customer status of quotes, exchanges, dates and scanningHandling complaints – Managing customer complaints to the correct CSR to improve customer satisfaction. Helping customers resolve problems or directing them to the right channels for solutions. Order incoming/delivery – Providing receipt of order and shipment details to the customer, assist with end user forms, shipping instructions, payment inquiries and commercial invoices.Assist in monitoring customer accounts- due dates, exchange opportunities, missed TAT, status reports, working directly with the shop technicians, stock room and other departments as needed.Running CQ Reports from ERP systemOther duties as required
