Title:
Assistant, Program ManagementKBR is seeking an Assistant (Program Management) to join our team. This position supports the NAVAIR PMA-231 Advanced Hawkeye Command and Control Systems Program Office (PMA-231). E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office (PMA-231) is responsible for providing the E-2C Hawkeye, E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, Hawkeye 2000 and the C-2A Greyhound fleet with acquisition strategy, logistics and sustainment solutions in support of the warfighter’s mission.
Role and Responsibilities:
Supports the creation/review/editing of all E-2D Interactive electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
Provides technical support to assist the Automated Logistics Environment (ALE)/IETM team in defining requirements, capability, and functionality, and resolving software, hardware and data issues.
Provides support for all ALE and IETM efforts, technical data conversion, validation and verification and business rule specifications, and communicate technical data needs.
Performs the Quality Assurance Verification function for new or modified technical data.
Arranges aircraft time for all developmental capabilities technical data verifications.
Submits Technical Publications Deficiency Reports for future incorporation of aircraft changes.
Updates and provides input for weekly actions items.
Provides reports to TD LEM on all attended meetings
Verifies functionality of connectivity between PEMA and NATEC mid-tier.
Delivers monthly status updates for all team actions.
Maintain and submit Technical Publications Deficiency Reports (TPDRs).
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or 4-6 years minimum related experience.
Demonstrated ability to track action items, develop metrics, develop, and track risk mitigation plans, and develop and track plans of actions and milestones is required.
Active Secret security clearance is required. Contract requires US citizenship.
Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A current Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years is required.
Must be able to travel as required by contract; The anticipated travel requirement will be less than 20%.

Experience in the program status, earned value management and schedules.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Previous experience using IETMS.

40 hours/week
Compensation:
$60,500 - $90,750
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
