Assistant Account Manager  Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Security Account Manager to support our security operations and client relationships. This role involves assisting in the management of security accounts, ensuring the highest level of service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of our security programs. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and maintaining security accounts, including client communications and relationship management. Collaborate with the Security Account Manager to develop and implement security strategies tailored to client needs. Monitor security operations and performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders. Support the onboarding of new clients and the training of security personnel as required. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and documentation related to security services. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security management.

The Assistant Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

  As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
