About the role This position will assist the Director and Account Manager in sales functions focusing on but not limited to HomeDepot.com , item and IDM maintenance, online marketing, and projects and promotions implementation and execution. This position must also work closely with internal and Home Depot teams to ensure all updates are reflective in all applicable systems. Responsibilities Assist with implementation of Home Depot programs online by working with corporate functions, i.e. Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc. Drive project planning process, ensuring planning and communication with internal and external teams, project and product setup and maintenance, project tracking and on time project execution Strategizes with Retail customer to improve logistical efficiency and reach forecasted sales growth Works with Retail customers to improve overall product offering and gross margin without channel conflict Coordinates with Marketing, Product Managers, and Supply Chain to develop an online sales plan in conjunction to product/campaign launches Coordination of inventory and order planning with THD and Leviton teams Coordinate with field to obtain competitive information and price shops and develop tracking reports Analyze and update sales performance data for projects and promotions Maintain up to date and accurate information in Home Depot and Leviton systems Creates new ideas to promote brand awareness and customer interaction alongside Retail customers. Responsible for collecting item attribute data such as description, pack size, and selling features for items across all business units to support Leviton’s online web initiatives Work with Director of Sales, Retail and Manager, e-Business on online strategy. Assists with other projects within the Retail Sales Channel Ability to work and travel in the field as required Qualifications Must be proficient in Web 2.0 technology Good understanding of B2B and B2C websites (experience with Homedepot.com and IDM a plus) Must have strong organizational skills Must have ability to accurately scope projects and meet project milestone dates Must have strong analytical skills Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a creative thinker and identify opportunities that benefit both THD and Leviton Must possess and utilize effective interpersonal communication skills to establish and promote strong business relationships Ability to work individually as well as with a team Experience with photo editing and photo editing software a plus Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or equivalent Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with B2C platforms Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. Must have previous experience with advanced features of Microsoft Excel.
