Employment: Parttime / Fulltime, 32 - 40 hours per week

 

Task & Responsibilities:

Maintaining the complete financial administration that containsAccounts Payable AdministrationAccounts Receivable AdministrationProject Administration (incl. subsidies)Bank AdministrationGeneral Ledger AdministrationTax Administration (VAT, Wage tax, Income tax, other tax)Internal and External ReportingReports for local managementReports for governmentTreasury Management: cash management & forecastingMonitoring, controlling and optimizing administrative processes and procedures related to finance accounting.

 

Knowledge & Skills

Education Finance Bachelor's degreeExperience in a finance accounting environmentStrong communication skills and flexibility in mannersYou are a go-getter and a collaboratorOwnership and sense of responsibilityA proactive positive personalityExperience with ERP systems: SAP – Exact, Excel
