Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Handle the daily policy service requests received from clients
Handle simple inquiry received from agents and internal departments like CS
Support administrative tasks on manual letter, report follow-up and autopay billingÂ
Meet the operational service standards set up by the company from time to time
Assist upline on ad-hoc assigned tasks for operational efficiency
Deliver quality outputs within schedule
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder, candidate with LOMA designation is preferred
2-3 years of solid experience relating to life insurance policy administration
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Hand-on experience in MS office and Chinese typing
Detail-minded with high level of accuracy
Good team player and willingness to learn
