Job Description

As an Assistant Analyst, you will work with the analytics team to build and maintain dashboards and other tools to monitor campaign effectiveness within the agency.

Success for this position is measured by the ability to accurately manage large data sets and help both internal and client teams to uncover actionable insights within campaigns.

An ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and will also be detail-oriented and passionate about working with data and visualization tools.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to provide insights to both internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a centralized data repository and promote data management best practicesConduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analysesWork with clients and internal teams to understand needs and find solutions for themSupporting campaign reporting team for ad hoc analysis and report assignmentsIdentifying opportunities to automate analyses and identify processes for efficienciesBringing analytical rigor and precision to all deliverablesAbility to work extended hours, including weekends, as requiredAll other duties as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or other quantitative disciplineWork or Internship experience in a professional service related to marketing or advertisingBasic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including Google Campaign Manager (CM360), Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau (Power BI is a plus)Familiarity with database concepts and data warehousing processesFluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automationStrong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectivelyExperience dealing with large datasetsProblem solving skills - Ability to identify holes in data and provide solutionsExperience with online / offline media is a plus – understanding data sets, APIs, and data organization

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
