By joining the Finance Division, you will be part of a collegial and productive group of scholars with the highest standards of research and teaching excellence. **What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be** + The Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor will be required to teach seven classes per year, with possible assignments at the undergraduate and masters levels, throughout the academic year. + We expect that the new faculty member will have 3-4 course preparations in their first year, and fewer thereafter. + Courses focus on various aspects of real estate and may include topics such as Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Modeling, Real Estate Technology, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Risk Management. + In their role, the Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor will be involved in curriculum development, course creation, and content delivery. **What We Can Offer** This is a three-year, 100% contract subject to reappointment. The salary range for the Assistant Teaching Professor is $128K-$135K, and the salary range for the Associate Teaching Professor is $135K-$143K.
