Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, located in Loudonville, NY is seeking an Assistant AD - Business. The position oversees all business affairs functions for athletics, manages all aspects of procurement, and accounts payable functions including travel advances, check requests, credit card reconciliations and payment of game officials, game crews and broadcast production staff. This position will prepare, process and track all game contracts; oversee and process business, facility use and independent contractor agreements using the college's procurement/contract portal; and acts as department liaison with purchasing, legal counsel and contractors.
In addition, this position will maintain all business forms; responsible for accounts payable deadlines and year-end accounts reconciliations; supervise the department administrative assistant; and work with athletic development staff in planning, staffing and execution of fundraising events.
Annual Salary: $62,410.00

Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree; have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail; and proficient in Word and Excel - familiarity with Banner and Unimarket a plus.
