\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs an Assistant Bar Manager, you will manage the bar service to offer a high quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior Guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nAssist the Restaurant and Bars Manager in overseeing the daily bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.\nManage and implement bar policies, procedures, and standards to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.\nTrain, motivate, and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.\nMonitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock control to minimize wastage.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.\nHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.\nCollaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service during peak times.\nWhat are we looking for?
