Assistant Bar Manager - Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Bar Manager supports the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory, and achieving financial targets. The Assistant Bar Manager's goal is to enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service, manage staff effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
