Salary: $28 -$33 / per hour
The Assistant Behavioral Analyst / Mid-Level works with the BCBA to develop programs, goals, care plans, and other materials for clients. Additionally, the Assistant Behavioral Analyst / Mid-Level will also participate in training new Behavioral Technicians and supporting existing Behavioral Technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention to children with Autism and other behavioral disorders in the home and school setting as outlined by the Behavioral Change PlanDevelops and creates programs, goals, materials, and BCP for clients with the supervision of BCBADevelops and creates training and educational materials for use by other Technicians with the supervision of a BCBATrains new technicians; offers support and shadows as necessaryProvides job-specific direction and guidance to other TechniciansServes as a mentor to Technicians when struggling with or seeking advice about cases and/or administrative processesPeriodically takes on-call duties to answer questions and provide guidance/support to Technicians outside of regular work hoursProvides support and education to familiesPerforms other duties as assigned/necessaryMinimum Requirements:
Must have completed the BACB required 40-hour training programMust have completed a BACB Program (MA)One years of experience providing services for children with development disabilities and/or challenging behaviorAbility to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be requiredComputer proficiency requiredMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust have reliable transportation#IND123 Maxim Benefits:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
