Assistant Beverage Manager - Bellagio

THE JOB: The primary responsibility of the Assistant Beverage Manager is to support the Beverage Managers in overseeing daily operations of our luxury lounges and beverage outlets. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory, and upholding safety and quality standards. You will assist with staff training, scheduling, and contribute to delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.

THE DAY TO DAY:Oversee designated operations across various beverage outlets, aligning with the department's strategic goals and vision for excellenceDirect smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory controlManage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributesProvide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guestsCoordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the divisionOffer guidance and support to beverage staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal team performanceAdvise management on daily operational challenges, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:2+ years of experience working in beverage in a luxury casino setting2+ years of management/supervisory experience in beverageHigh School Diploma or GEDMust hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness cardBackground working with a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)Flexibility to work varied shifts, to include graveyard shift, weekends and holidays
