THE JOB:

As an Assistant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for operational functions within the department. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE SCHEDULE: Schedules may flex depending on business needs.

Night Shift: 5 PM – 2 AMOvernight Shift: 2 AM – 10 AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Oversee daily operations in the department to align with the department’s goals and overall vision.Ensure smooth and cost-effective operations, including managing staff, overseeing services, handling schedules, and controlling inventory.Ensure guests receive quality service in line with the company’s standards and brand values.Support the management team during your shift to help deliver excellent service to guests.Manage the ordering and stocking of beverages to boost revenue.Guide and support beverage staff, ensuring proper scheduling.Offer suggestions to management on daily operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Has at least 2 years of supervisor experience in any Food and Beverage concept such as restaurants, lounges, hotel, or casinos.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$47,165.76 - $77,351.64

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
