Position Responsibilities

Oversee operations of Uline’s Texas branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.

Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.

Ensure the 1.7 million square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.

Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.

Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years experience in operations or general management.

Experience managing a high-volume call center and distribution center.

Performance metrics experience an asset.

Warehouse Management Systems experience (Manhattan, Red Prairie or SAP) a plus.
